Truly, it is the grass (The people) that suffers. I think the bigger question Nigerians should ask is what will the government benefit from shutting down Twitter? Starting from the source of the problem will help the citizens understand what to do in order to protect themselves because from where I sit, it looks like the government is out to frustrate technology evolution that they don't understand.
